How do I ask to get work done?
Text us! Scroll through the rest of the questions and there’s a link that will prompt you to text our phone number with whatever you need. Give us your name so we can save your phone number and continue the conversation as if you had a personal assistant.
Approximately how far in advance do I need to schedule work?
About a week seems to be normal. Occasionally we can get things done same day. Usually we try and track the work that gets done in order to be proactive about it.
How do I pay?
We’ll send you an invoice to the email address you provided when you signed up. Once you’ve paid that, our payment processor Stripe stores your credit card information. Subsequent invoices will be sent to your email address and are given 3 days to be paid in case you want to use a different credit card or review it. If left unpaid, we bill the most recently used card on file.
